After a career in finance and fraud detection, Mr. Yentes founded Arizona Investigative Associates in 2007.  Since that time, Mr. Yentes has functioned as a professional investigator handling a wide array of investigations in both the criminal and civil arenas.

In the civil arena, Mr. Yentes has put his expertise in finance and accounting toward investigating fraud, embezzlement, and various illegal financial schemes. He has conducted investigations to assist with civil litigation preparation, family law cases, child custody disputes and missing persons.

In the criminal arena, Mr. Yentes has handled a great number of cases for Criminal Justice Act (CJA) panel attorneys via court appointment. He has investigated criminal allegations of drug trafficking, sex crimes, homicide, human smuggling, firearms offenses, robbery, DUI, and organized criminal syndicates. Because of Mr. Yentes’ high level of fluency in the Spanish language, he has been sought after for cases involving Spanish-speaking clientele.

After an extensive career in law enforcement, Mr. Torres began doing professional investigative work for attorneys and businesses in 2006.  Since that time, Mr. Torres has handled a wide array of investigations in both the criminal and civil arenas. He is fluent in Spanish and has completed many investigations where the Spanish language was needed.

The experience Mr. Torres gained after 31 years with the Phoenix Police Department is invaluable. As a Phoenix Police detective sergeant, he investigated and supervised investigations of major felonies of all types, to include homicides, sex crimes, kidnappings, robberies, aggravated assaults, and drug offenses. Mr. Torres has been able to take this experience to the private investigative field to provide a work product that has produced desired results for our clients. He has performed work in criminal defense, civil litigation, investigative consultation, family law, missing persons locates, and security management. Mr. Torres has been retained by law firms, insurance companies, State and Federal Governments, businesses, and private individuals for his services.

In addition to his investigative expertise, Mr. Torres also functions as a consultant in the areas of covert operations, management of informants, crime analysis, and threat assessments.  Because of his years of police supervisory experience, he also provides consultation in the area of police supervision, policy, and tactics.
